Worst OYO Ever. No boards, No identification, nothing is there. Fully waste of time. They even denied my check-in. Dont know how to talk to customers. Dont know any language except Hindi. The Worst and Pathetic Service
Don't get fooled by the pics. Room is below average. Room is so dusty, they don't even care to provide cleaned bed sheets and blankets unless you ask for that. Property staff won't pick up your call, they charged me early check in charges and it didn't show in invoice.
Room stay is cozy. Everything was fine but need to improve the management. You won't find soap or handwash in the bathroom. And they're not so clean as well. Everything else is perfect
I loved it Very Much. The Most important one, they received customers with a very pleasant Way, in order they provided a Great Hospitality and The Management people are too Good and Loyal to the Customers. The way of answering is so Good. Well designed rooms, and at a Low prices with lot of possibilities like in the Home.
If there is a zero star then i do that.. . it's full of frauds inside this building and surrounding...fake people ... Never book room with your family or girlfriend they'll do something.... They try to trap you .... there are some girls only to do that ... Never book in this hotel.... worst...
Best value for money stay I can say. Rooms are literally same as mentioned on oyo and Google . I was there for 3 days were charged rs.1900 which was decent considering it was BLR. Cleanliness was on point. AC , TV, geyser , extra towels, soaps, cupboard etc. All the basic needs were covered, Except hangers for clothes and Food ,But if you have swiggy , you won't be hungry. As swiggy delivery were so fast . Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone ,be single or couple. Only con I can mention was the building name, in Google maps it shows hotel Elegant but in actual It's Law park , so don't get confused just enter the building take the keys and your are good to go.
Very bad experience. They don't change bedsheets even if it is dirty and they don't clean the room daily. Overall very disappointed by the service.
Tv was not working. The rooms which showed in the app and the rooms which was given it was completely different and dusty. Not expected this kind of room wit Oyo. Earlier i had good experience with oyo hotels but this was hilarious.
