Nice Hotel. Clean room, Helpful staff. AC and TV good condition .

It was horrible. I don't want to book again in that hotel. When I reached hotel receptionist told me they don't have any booking so i need to pay extra money. Even I showed them my booking is confirmed but they don't want to listen . After one hour they gave me a room room os to pathetic. They provide me departed room because of my business meeting I don't have much time in my hand so i agree with that. If you want I have all the pictures with me. I am also a hotelier so i know protocol of COVID-19 they are just bluffing because of COVID-19 I'm not providing things. I really disappointed with this stay.

Can I give minus rating for this hotel. Booked it from OYO app after seeing 4.3 rating (I published a poor rating for this hotel in OYO app & that was not published in their reviews). A good example how a hotel shouldn't be. Don't ever thinks of booking this hotel when with family. - There is a beverage shop next to hotel & the hotel allows it to be taken inside the room. - Bedsheet, blankets everything was spoiled - Toilet flush didn't work properly & was too small. - They don't provide food, however in app there is an option to add food. We added breakfast which was never there had to speak to oyo & get the b/f charges refunded. - They never pick up phone, we called multiple times. (Actually the person at reception was busy playing PUBG and didn't had the time to even show us the room) - OYO has degraded it's services to make money. - The location of hotel is also bad, no hotels nearby. I have seen some people saying the location of hotel is beautiful...

have a 0 rating points i will surely added that,very pathetic service from OYO , i was booked an Oyo room and do the payment after I was called in the prescribed hotel and they are told me that have no any merges with OYO ,they are cancelled participation with OYO,then i was called the OYO customer care they are told me that they are cancelled the service and the ordered amount will didn't get, How pathetic condition is this ,

Floor was wet and there was water everywhere. Even in the washroom, water was there in the floor. When asked for services, they said, the hotel is oyo flagship, so i have to contact the company for services. Many aminitiedls mentioned in the oyo app was not there at hotel. When enquired about it, they told oyo is simply writing those things which they are not providing to get booking. Very bad experience. I just spend only one night there and got fed up.

Booked in OYO. But when reached there, there was no room ie. spot booking is given preference over advance booking. Also provide access to unmarried couple with local address proof. So good for youngsters in Ernakulam.

No lift service, water provided in rooms are kept in used mineral water bottles. The one in my room was of rail neer. Toilet seats were wet and down..

Average place it's adjacent to a bar full of liquor bottola below the stairs cleanliness is not that good not recommended for family. Good if you are on a budget.
