Rooms are less maintained but it's a good place to party with your friends.

Just horrible! I have stayed in many hotels in Kolkata. But this was the most pathetic experience I ever had. --Cockroaches were all around the room. It's better to stay in road street rather than in this hotel. --Commode was broken. --Once I asked the hotel staff for tea. After 1.5 hrs, the staff served the tea . --Room size was too small. It's not worth of even Rs300. Please folks, I request you not to waste money on this property. Really disappointed.

There are no minus stars otherwise I have rated this hotel a -5 rating. The receptionist is not friendly at all, talks in attitude. The rooms are very cosy. Cockroaches were wandering in the rooms. When demanded for soaps and water in morning, they says our service starts from 10 am. Tab tak kya tumhare room me cockroaches ko maare????????

1. When I checked in and paid. They said we don't have more rooms left and asked me (no request) to said just adjacent room. I refused as it's just next to reception in 2nd floor. Then said if you don't like the room, you can leave straight away. I was shocked but lucky enough to get a room. I'm nearly 6 feet height and the room was like 2x2 for me. 2. Ordered food on the 1st night for dinner form their menu. They do not even know what is dal fry and kept it on the menu. I had to argue by showing the difference between normal dal tadka and dal dry. Funny thing is that, their cook admit it and accepted as it should not be in the menu as they dont cook by following the correct rescipe. 3. Asked for normal water, saw they're staff filling up tap water in Kinley plastic bottle. I refused to take it. 4. For cleaning, I spoke to reception over the phone that I'll be in toilet as I had to. Please send after few minutes but I still heard that some one knocking at the door. 5. Finally, I would not recommend any one. Please don't go with fake reviews. They can change and manipulate reviews and star but they should really change reality of the hotel. Cheers. Guys..

Please read this important review.. I book this hotel through oyo app. I had a bought wizard membership . While booking the hotel i used coupon code given by them. When i went to hotel they had contact with oyo team . Oyo had given them payment of 1300 in advance and i have to pay 3900 for two days.. they denied for checkin . The manger used slang words... it is very unsafe to visit in this hotel.. His name is ritesh ... Please confirm once before going to the hotel.. I dont know how these bengali treat south indians in that rude ..I visited with my couple its very unsafe..

Extremely poor service...the room they alloted to us dint had key...poor dining service...Took 1.5 hrs to deliver meal to our room..and that too wrong dish...we ordered something , they served something else... And staff behaviour too rude.... NOONE should book this guest house....pathetic people and their pathetic service

Room is good and clean.Maahi is very polite good behave,she behaves nicly with me, i have good experienced to stay dis hotel,specially thanks to her maahi

Excellent guest house in a bhowanipur area for unmarried couple. All staff helpfull and nice. Spacialy guest house manager are very good person helpfully. Room are proper clean and well Maintained.
