The manager abused me while checking out of the hotel room. He used bad words (something related to father) because of a minor misunderstanding. As a solo traveler, I felt threatened and unsafe, such a pathetic experience. I think they make all Non-Tamilians feel hostile. Other than that it was fine, the service staff guys were helpful. No complaints about them.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom also was small but clean...The staff behavior was very courteous. They took good take care. Food was awesome. Overall a very good comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend to family and friends
2 day went to take lunch in hilltop non veg hotel, but no persons to take order, no respect to customers, the manager who had a worst word to me that if u need food give order, other wise u can walk out, is this a word to tell to customer, he is argued in front of all customer in the restaurant, got upset of a hilltop employee.... worst response and responsibility,....
Had stayed in this hotel for couple of nights this week. Amazing hotel in the heart of Kodaikanal, the rooms are a bit old fashioned but are very hygienic. An awesome and delicious breakfast with lots of varieties and prompt service by the very courteous and polite staff. The owner is very humble and personally looks after the arrangements and services provided by their hotel. A must visit and highly recommended.
The location of this property is awesome just opposite to Kodaikanal international school. The staffs are very good. They have breakfast included in the room rent usually it is South Indian cuisine however on the first day we mention that north Indian cuisine is missing,and next day itself to our surprise they prepared north Indian breakfast for us. The non veg restaurant,bakery and pizza corner is good.
The rooms very neat and good. But didn't get proper wifi connection but the service and rooms were good.
We had quiet wonderful experience in this hotel....it was very quiet,homely,and the staffs are very friendly and responded us immediately....we had a very warm welcome and specially the food was tasty and no spicy ....they served the food with lot of respect and love...free breakfast menu includes a lot of varieties....they have separatevegetarian and non vegetarian hotel....we had a very happy stay.....
Worst possible service ever. Extremely rude & unnecessarily expensive. The Sambar is the worst you can find in Tamil Nadu.

While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town. But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.
