The rooms are not extremely but also not in a good condition and not good for the price and the most important thing is the behaviour of the staff they will treat you as an animal and they think by serving you they have accomplished an impossible mission. They won't serve you water on call and the prices for food are expensive for quality.
Rooms are economical and good. Food was good. Staffs were good. Everything was excellent. Easily accessible from ISBT and NH-37. Transit buses and shared taxis run from ISBT very frequently and till very late night connecting to the heart of the Guwahati City.

Everything is fine except the table....they didn't provide any table/slab where you can have your breakfast/lunch/dinner if you decide to have in your room. And need a little care towards cleanliness.... Blanket covers and bed sheets were not that clean but we adjust for it was only a night. Other than these everything was fine.... Near to the road and bus terminus!
Booked through oyo. When reached at hotel reception, they denied for room. They said there is no booking. My suggestion is Never trust on oyo booking. I have similar experience several time with oyo.
The hotel staff is helpful but the room conditions are not good. The food quality is very bad. I would suggest to have food outside the hotel. The hotel is very poorly maintained. The actual features are different than those which were mentioned in Make my trip. I have booked it from MMT by looking at the images and features provided in the website but the real picture is very different. Water Leakage is another problem encountered in our room. So I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The reception made us wait about an hour before check in.. When we were shown our room it was still in housekeeping.. Linen wasn't clean. Even saw a cockroach in the door. Ac doesn't work properly. Separate beds are given to couple. Bathroom is very small. I didn't even get the food menu.. And no telecom service available in room.. I just had a worst oyo experience
