OYO 7885 Hotel Myraa - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

1. Bucket missing 2. No Geeser/Heating Rod (provided later on share basis) 3. TV Not working 4. No socket was working on inverter 4. Fan regulator failed 5. Foot mat wad dirty 6. Flush water flow too slow Poaitive things - Location, Cooperative staff, Cleaning

Hotel is near to station and rooms was clean. I stayed for 3 days. Room staff, attendent and receptionist all behaved well with customer.

I am staying in this hotel for 2am to 10 am In between that there AC was working only for 2hrs they said that there is no electricity i.e they were unable to provide AC. After that when the AC was working,water is falling down with the AC the total Room gone mees with that wayer They didn't provided any type of soap for hand wash,Tv was not working The main thing there bed sheets are dirty i thing they didn't not clean the bedsheet and the room Every rooms condition are same We paid here 1200 and they didn't provided any drink, breakfast means nothing No hygiene mainten Fully disappointed

My experience at the hotel was very bad. Breakfast and dinner was served more than 75 minutes after order. They don't have coffee. Shower was not working and walls of my room were in pathetic condition. The room size is so small that with bed and luggage there is hardly any space left. Moreover, the receptionist is highly unprofessional and does not have basic talking etiquettes.

Good pleasure stay. Thhey have own taxi u can go to barsan or raman reti or Vrindavan location in a single day. Also late or early checkout really good. They don't have lift inside hotel. Avoid to book room if your oyo booking is prepaid your check-in will denay by hotel. Always select pay at hotel.

Very disappoint, third class Hotel, Do not Book this hotel neither online or offline. Room Size is very Small, AC was in Working condition But condance Water was coming out from it, I have said to Hotel staff but they do not give the help. Bath room was very small and not good. A very bad smell was in the Rooms and in the Hotel coridor, there was no any arrangement of room freshner. Hotel staff was not professional and not experienced for hotel. Bed sheet of one room was very dirty. Totally bad Experience for this hotel.

Oyo should do something urgently to protect it's brand reputation. Hotels like Hotel Myraa in Mathura are a shame on hospitality industry. It's one thing that a cheap hotel room need not have much facilities ( like no TV) ,but at hotel Myraa rooms had no keys?!!?, door lock was held with cable wires! ! No lighting in washroom!! Blanket,bedsheet and pillow were filthy....!?!.We can understand that why guests are not provided water,soap and toiletries in a cheap hotel,but doors without lock and washrooms without light bulbs are hard to understand.. !!??!It's a cheap quality hotel.....which is not inexpensive

The rooms were not properly cleaned and maintained. Their service is horrible. We booked room through OYO and prepaid the amount for booking. Later the owner of hotel refused to check in and asked us to call customer care of OYO and ask for a different hotel as they do not accept prepaid booking and accept only cash. Later he agreed to allow us for check in if we book their cab for mathura vrindavan sight seeing. We agreed as we had only one day for mathura sight seeing. They charged us Rs. 2500 for one day sight seeing instead of Rs.1100, Rs.1400 more than what the other travel agents are charging for the same. While checking out they asked for my mobile and while completing the process they even gave feedback from my mobile and rated themselves 5 star. I have never been to such a pathetic hotel in my lifetime.
