One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I am not sure what everyone is complaining about. I was rightly charged for one night stay as well from goibibo. Only thing they can improve is the channels on TV. There very few available. And they should take all restaurant payments during checkout. It's a nuisance to pay again and again. Apart from that everything was good. Highly recommended for couples as well.
Please find below service of this hotel : 1. We ordered drinking water at morning, they delivered at evening. 2. WiFi wasn't available, however they charged us for WiFi service while checking in. 3. Hot water wasn't available, they sent bucket of medium hot water at morning like PG. 4. Cost included breakfast is a worst breakfast for us, they provide like 2-3 items, no juice no fruit. 5. They charge for little little things like tooth paste, tea bag, water, etc which is freely provided by other hotels. 6. They don't even clean our room. 7. Reception service is really bad. 8. We initially stayed at Hide away suits Noida cost around 2200 per night providing a very good service, In other hand this Edition hotel charge about 2400 per night which is waste of money. 9. After all this horrible experience hotel receptionist/manager asked us 'How was your stay?' , After a long silence we laughed a loud and get the hell out of there. 10. We were a corporate guest, even after this we got this horrible service so, please don't waste your money on this hotel.
This is a nice hotel working in a residential area and hence there is no branding outside. The rooms are average and service is standard. There is no restaurant but as there is a kitchen so room service is available. They are an oyo hotel so experience is good too. People at reception are co operative as well.
This property is managed by OYO but trust me you dont want to consider this for your stay, service is pathetic from hotel and oyo side . On bedsheets you may find blood stains, food is just a name and cant cook one.. in mycase I had a noise issue and when informed the reception the employee said "we cant do anything to control this as its beyond our reach" wow that was just next door.. I requested if someone will be able to get a Thumpsup from store nearby , Hotel mentioned sorry "As OYO has cut the staff we are only two people managing and servicing this hotel and cant help you? There were alot of problems like late morning breakfast, late night electricity cut-off (probably short circuit), small room(at first) But I liked the service. Every problem was solved within apt time. For breakfast they apologized and provided the complementary breakfast in the room. They alloted a bigger room, different from that we booked on oyo. The staff was polite. Outside food was not allowed though.
Hotel with no concept of "Customer Service". The lady at the front desk absolutely doesn't know how to address customers. On producing my Indian DL she asked me if I was Indian. What an insult!. During check out she told refused to hand me the bill unless I paid. She literally said "You pay first and then I'll give you the bill" and snatched it from me. It's winter and there was no warm water in the taps. They charge you unreasonably for bottled water tea and snacks. The front office female staff has absolutely no clue how to deal with guests. Not at all welcoming, zero enthusiasm to help guests. ZERO
PATHETIC experience in this hotel. I had stayed almost over 20 hotels but never experienced this. List of problems i had gone through: 1. TV was not working 2. Phone was not working 3. Geyser was not working 4. Room was dirty 5. Etc Etc They didn't even offered u water. After seeing all this nonsense, receptionist was avoiding his face and a girl at the counter said she was new in this property and was not aware of it. When i asked for the immersion rod for hot water..they said "abhi aa rha, abhi aa rha hai" and "abhi" kabhi aaya hi nhi.. and believe me guys their excuses never ends there. NEVER EVER book this hotel if u literally don't want to ruin your day.
I was in Noida for 5days and I had an amazing stay in this hot. Very hygienic and amazing service. Staff is super cordial. Very polite and amazingly cooperative.. Food is good and they do maintain there quality nicely. I'm looking forward to visit this hotel again in future.
