OYO 78647 Piyai Homes - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

The room are good for bachelors and couple. Present in calm and quiet atmosphere. It is located in Sector 1, Bindhannagar and around 300-400 meters from city centre. The staffs are good in behaviour. The only thing concern about guest house is they don't provide you towel and soaps. And need some hygiene should be maintained in bathrooms.

1)gate was locked at 11:30 pm despite prior intimation. 2) calling bell was out of order,so called the staff over telephone. 3)some people were drinking alcohol, probably the local,in front of reception with door open.this will feel you odd and not suitable for your family. 3)toilet was dirty,so requested to change the room.as the staff was drunk and arrogant he simply refused saying no other room is available.after repeated request he took us to the first floor and found the entire floor was vacant. 4)he gave me 2bottles of normal drinking water.on request for additional one he told me to wait for an hour.I had to buy packaged water. 5)no towel,soap and mosquito repellant were provided despite my repeated request. 6)next morning at 8:30 am I requested breakfast which was denied as no cook was available. 7)the hatchlock of toilet door were broken from both inside and outside.so the door could not be closed properly. 8)water flow from shower was very low and difficult to bath. 9) outside food is not allowed there.

Quality of service needs improvement. Breakfast was served late. Wifi doesn't work properly. Romm was not clean. Didn't have a good experience. Although staff was cooperative. Considering the price the stay was ok.

Room is not good, one electric board is broken, night lamp not working, little smelly. one stuff was always drunk, staff behaviour is bad. no food. unmarried couple can go. as per rent price its ok.

It was overall a decent place to stay....fr those who's travelling solo especially ladies,don't get panic seeing the place as it's little off main road but trust me it's worth it. Co-workers are very polite and helpful. Will be happy to be back

Staff behaviour was good , but there are many bad things also , Wi-Fi not works properly , bathrooms are little dirty , you are not allowed to order food from outside , and inside food is very costly and of zero quality , but overall good stay at this price

Very bad experience. I booked it through oyo for 900 Rs, but they denied me checkin and asked extra 400 Rs. They said that they can't book any room below 1300 despite of any price shown on OYO App Very very disappointed. Worst oyo ever.

Worst experience ever. Small rooms of the size of bathrooms, guys don't waste your money on this worst place, food is aweful , roadside hotel
