Nice stay but reception staff were not good I had to call owner for service request
Very deceptive hotel. Do not go by the discount. The rooms are worth to the amount you are paying. We booked the room for two days after checking in there no sofas (As shown in the pictures), Stained bed sheets, Smelly pillow covers, no windows. The room is big, and that is about it. Service is poor, Comp B/F in not open till 9:15 AM ( Probably they do not want the guests to have it. It is name sake and definitely worth missing. Better to have it outside. Approach road is very bad and full of garbage. The locality is very bad. OYO this hotel since it gives them good commissions.

Pathetic hotel I've ever seen had to stay due to commitments otherwise I wouldn't have opted for this ever ever in my entire life. Can't describe the situation of rooms in words they need to change the interior ASAP. Rooms shown in pictures are far far far different from the real ones. Not a single thing was good to describe. Rooms are good, small and very cosy and gives you a comfy.feel. Food is really good there... The people there, are really cooperating and helpful and provide excellent support for your journey. I forgot my jacket in my room so they even called me up to get that couriered to me.
Unbiased reviews based on room allotted to me. - It was clean and suitable for my stay. -Food from outside is not allowed in this hotel. - Good staff service -Response to the issues and need was quick. -Pillows could be cleaned a bit more.. -Distance from station to hotel was convenient, it took around 15min. Walk from station to reach the hotel. -well connectivity with markets and tourist places near to Nagpur station. -Weak wifi signal in your room may bother you. -carry one Id proof if you are planning for a visit. -Two nights stay was ok type in that budget. -Security could be enhanced as room's door lock was defective despite there are CCTV cameras available. Lock you room properly before leaving for a while. Overall, Needed some improvement on above highlighted points.
Pretty average as compared to the price. Room are very small with no window and feels suffocating. Would only advice if you don't have any other option.
Hotel staff is very humble and ambience is good, clean and neat washrooms, comfortable beds, not last but the least delicious meals..
