Great stay at a reasonable price. They have to fix their washroom utilities though. I found the setting of the room odd though. The fan was not above the bed rather at some place where there's no obvious reason to sit or rest. The Ac was not directed towards the bed. I guess the room we stayed needs to be planned out better. Thanks

Nice place to stay. But few problems. 1. You are unlikely to get hot water in the morning. Because it's a centralized solar plant. And I didnt get hot water for a single day. 2. The food in the restaurant it not that good. Sometimes salty, sometimes tasteless. 3. They don't allow visitors. I have lot of friends working in Baghmane tech park and not could visit my hotel. That's annoying. But otherwise cleanliness, amenities and peaceful stay, this place is awesome.

Room looks good, spacious but not maintained properly, no proper cleaning. Room service was average but kitchen/service incharge behaviour was bad. There was too much smock smell in reception are and first floor even after writing no smoking. I will not suggest this place for families with kids. Food: Dinner was good but during breakfast we found hair in food and kitchen incharge didn't take the responsibility. He gave excuse that it fell in your plate from outside behaved like it fell from my friends head and walked away. Cleanliness: Room was looking clean but it was not. Toilet was not clean, when I asked service people they said house keeping people will clean tomorrow. My experience: At the time of check-in, in front of me staff was discussing if room# *** is clean or not to allotte that room to me. when I checked-in and went to that room it was not cleaned properly, cockroaches were there on the floor, there was no water, no glass, flush was not working. We immediately informed front desk they gave excuse that by mistake they have given that room, that room is not in use, it is blocked, etc. And they allotted another room to us. That room was good but cleanliness was not there. Outside room it was extremely dirty (I have enclosed photos of second room and outside area). Floor was clean but bed and curtain was like no one have touched from months (full on dust). No toiletries, no water glasses, no towel and no menu was there like I said no one has used that room from months. Honestly, I felt like people were coming there just to make out that's why nobody required any service. But surprisingly there were families as well with kids.

Too long check in process that i almost dozed off on the sofa. Cold people in reception, too much rules and regulation which is not a standard with hotel industry norms. The rooms are big, parking is good and the location is not far from ORR. I would say good for families with kids as the rooms were pretty big . Some fittings were broken .

It is a nice property. Although close to a main road, it is not so close that u get disturbed by vehicle sounds. The property could be maintained better. The breakfast options and food were not very good. Overall for a official travel it is a fine place to crash and shower and manage the rest of the day outside.

Receptionist is very rude. If you want to have a meeting in the room then you simply can't. They have no visitors policy. The way receptionist talks to you will boil your blood for sure. She was very rude from the beginning of my stay. Kept me waiting for long just to give me the key to the room.

Very good budget hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are specious and clean. Got a good bargain from OYO too... Options available in breakfast are limited to South Indian foods, however food quality is good. It was a peaceful stay. Best for people visiting Samsung, Amazon for business.

Booked rooms 10 days in advance for guests visiting,all booking confirmed and 50% payment done. The day guests arrived, reception declined saying maintenance going on. Since we booked via Oyo corporate, corporate office arranged alternative. If would have left on these hotel people, our guests would had no place to stay. There is no manager available at hotel. The people on reception run away from front desk inside rather than solving the issue. They had no regrets on declining the booking.
