OYO 78474 Usuru Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

They totally failed in cleanliness as they don't even ready to change very dirty doormat kept in front of toilet. As other local guides posted, they ask you 500 INR as refundable security deposit, in which they say 50 charge for cleaning (which they don't do) and at the time of check out, they charge you more. They even asked me no to book through oyo but directly. When I asked the rooms price, they said 1000 INR for non ac and 1200 INR for AC which I don't think worthy of it. But I must tell you that the receptionist was polite even though he changed his word in returning back the amount of security deposit

They do gender biased and their staff members are so rude to everyone, even the visitors. I visited my friend over there and they were assaulting him against his gender. Such irresponsible vehavior and such mischief should not be taken lightly. No one should go to this pg. Even the food is worst and they don't even maintain cleanliness.

Worest pg i ever seen Food :-worest food after joing this pg i got some diseases like constipation and anemia if you stay here you should eat outside only because quality of food is not good every day sambar in breakfast you never find idli and dosa being a South Indian pg i never ate this breakfasts in pg they made breakfasts from remaining food in the night.once when I asked about food they told vacate the room without refunding my money back Cleaning:-To be honest I payed 7000 for month only once they cleaned my room when ever I ask to clean room management told pay 50 then we will clean your room.There will be a lot of blood bugs and cockroaches so we should leave with them only Parking :-There is no parking facility we should leave our bikes in the road no guarantee whom will theft that bike. Lift:-They switchoff the lift whenever you ask they say it is in repair so everyday you should climb 4stairs for food

To be honest, the stay was decent. But, the staff is not ethical. They asked for the deposit amount for safety and told us that they would return it back during checkout. But they didn't return the full amount.

Very very worst experience with hotel, fraud staffs will be there in reception. They charged me extra 500 rs while checking in by saying it is security deposit and it will be refundable at checkout but next day while checking out they say that person is absconded his phone is switch off we can't do anything then they said once he is reachable we will transfer money by gpay or phonepe. After that no one is responding calls nothing will happen. I raised complaint with oyo to provide refund. Please avoid this don't book this hotel rooms ever. One of the worst fraud service to loot extra money.

I had booked this OYO for my stay, booked 3 rooms for 3 ppl for 3 days from 21/06/22 as we had our exams near by, paid full amout in advance.. When we reached hotel, the hotel person told that there are no vacent rooms. Later on contacting OYO helpline, they said they will cancel my booking ans will full refund. Till now am waiting for my refund.. OYO app shows only rs 184 has been refunded.. am yet to receive my refund.. I tried calling OYO many times (20 times today). Each time call is connected to ther reservation counter. They will say they will connect to the service dept, but no one picks up the call. Call gets disconnected after half an hour to 1 hour.. OYO ppl if u are reading this, kindly refund my amount. My booking ID is DS491560

Guys My Kind suggestion done every book this room Worst one.. Washroom is bot yet clean and Bedpillow are to worst, Floor is also not been cleaned well. No car parking fecility. Without knowing i have been booked this room i came hear arround midnight 12 due to that i didn't had any other chances now with out getting fresh am checking out.. No one will like this type of room. No proper maintenance

Never visit this type of low grade hotel and one star hotel Bcz this hotel having 1. Comfort name with uncomfortable place 2. Very much smoky area 3. No service given to you at proper time 4. Very nasty area 5. Rooms and bathroom are not hygienic 6. AC room but AC are not working condition 7. They have never return our advance money So never visit pls
