One of the poorest stay in my lifetime Hotel dont take luggages you have to carry to your room and car... they dont have water and even bucket and mug in restroom. utmost annoying issue is we booked a room for three and it is too small to accommodate two people in the room...
The bed is very cozy. Good and clean rooms. However, there was no helper to help carry the luggage. Poor receptionist and security guard had to do it. Buffet breakfast was not up to the mark with just 3 varieties.
Accept online booking, Reception counter staff knows english . Good wifi internet Speed, Good waiting hall area. Very neat and clean room . Location is nearby lisi metro station and North ernnakulam railway Junction. Very good room service is available. Nearby to this hotel one Sachi Bihar hotel for North Indian food.
The worst hotel I've ever been in Kochi. They have posh looks and a good infrastructure. My friend and I ordered for porotta and chicken 65 which was ready in 5 minutes! And when I asked for gravy they gave us gravy from fish curry and sambar. Don't ever go there if you value your money and appetite!
Very nice, neat, well maintained and accessible to Ernakulam Town railway station.. I would have given it 5 if only they had some small yet significant things such as mats outside the washroom and a dust bin. No food service though but there's ample restaurants nearby including Ram Niwas for the Pure Vegs.
Very neat and clean place .Bed and Duve was brand new .The whole place is very fresh . The rooms were smaller then we assumed but very well made.the stuff is always ready to help you . Very cooperative people ... Had a nice feeling staying there ... The sambhar idly was the best I ever had in South india .
Access: It is near to Lissie metro station and North railway station. Situated in the SRM road. It is easy to find. Since the railway, metro and bus stop is nearby it is very convenient space to stay Facilities and cleanness : It is a three-star hotel. Almost all facilities are available. Pros. Hot water and wifi facility are there. The room is neat and well cleaned. AC is good in condition. The TV had almost all channels. Many hotels will only pay for basic TV packs but here it is not. The bathroom also well cleaned. Cons. There was Tap to get water in bathroom but no Bucket and cup to use it. It is necessary to have bucket and cup when we are bathing using hot water. The room space was too low. The wifi speed was too low.at last there was only one towel available for two of us. Wheelchair accessibility: It is a wheelchair accessible infrastructure. Overall Rating: 3/5
It's a good business/budget Hotel in the heart of kochi city. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury ambience. But it's nice property for short stay. Small rooms are the only one negative. But other all things are very good
