OYO 7786 Hotel Monsoon Palace - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Rooms are clean but frequency of customers are very low. So I wouldn't to family and couples. Staff are well behaving. Food quality is above average. Location is very good. It is near to Railway Station and Paltan Bazaar.

Awesome place to stay. We stayed with them for several days for one of our official trips. The accommodation was good enough and very comfortable and a really good thing is the prize, it was very much affordable to stay with them. the in-house catering was good which provided good quality and hygienic food for the inmates really loved staying at Hotel Monsoon Palace, Near RBI, Panbazar, GNB Road, Pan Bazaar, Guwahati, Assam 781001

It is Ok. Amenities are Good but I was afraid of the window panes which were not getting locked @ Night so safety security measures count. I asked the reception and told it will be a risk at night when I feel asleep they said no need to worry all will be safe. Otherwise Quality of Rooms service are Excellent as per Hotel Industry Standard

Its ok type hotel rooms are good enoigh to stay but the staff here are not tgat much enthusiastic that they serve better to atract you for next time. And be careful when the billing is going on they charged me twice for a single service. But that was negligible thats why i left it.

I stayed here in August 2017. I was given a room behind reception. Room is ok, but ac makes noise. Staff is helpful. Free breakfast, but no much choice. I feel the rates are on higher side. Take it as last chance.

The hotel was very candid and the staff were very supportive !! The proximity to the Railway station is highly beneficial for boarding trains. It is at walking distance from the Railway station. It was a good experience. Will surely try it the next time I am at Guwahati.

After booking the rooms with OYO, Hotel mgmt informed that they do not have connection with OYO and they cannot allot the rooms to us. This is really inconvenience caused. If there is any issue with OYO it has to be sorted between hotel and Oyo but it shouldn't effect tourists who visited after lot of planning. 0 Star for OYO and the hotel too.

hotel rooms is averagely good.bathrooms are small and want to improve.foods quality is bad and price is high as per quality and quantity.staff behaviour is very co operative room service is good.complimentry break fast has no variety also insufficient.
