OYO 76924 Shree Durga Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Receptionist gave the correct information about food and both of them I met in the reception were good. Bedsheets,pillow covers and blanket have to be washed properly and the walls near sink was dirty. They regularly do not change bedsheets and blankets but they keep it full set up. But anyone can notice it easily because the colour of bedsheets is white. I was in a hurry so I could not complain this to the staff. At last they gave permission for extra half an hour time (11.30 am) for check out and thanks to staff of this hotel and Oyo.

Management does not bother about our complaints. One window and bath room was not closing properly because of latch problem. How could we have efficient A/c working They were not bothered of rectification of problem. Not maintained cleanly my wife has knee problem. She had to climb two floors. Please look into the matter . Callous stride by the manager. Not at all cordial .

Budget hotel with decent facilities. Reception area smells of cigarettes as there is a bar and restaurant in the floor below. Room service is good. Entrance to lodge is a tricky business, as you have to dodge through the narrow passage on one of the sides of building. There was problem with hot water and also door lock in the room that we stayed

Booked this hotel in 1 month advance through goibibo for my relatives who were coming for my marriage. Went there 1 day before the start of the booking and check in to confirm if things were alright and that there was no problem in the booking. At that time the receptionist said that even though the booking is confirmed on goibibo, they will not give the rooms at any cost. He told me to talk to goibibo people or whoever else i have talked to but he will not give any rooms on any condition at any cost. He said that the manager has told him not to give rooms to anyone because he has accepted a booking from somewhere else. Ultimately goibibo refunded our amount and we got another hotel which was very very better than this hotel with a much more helpful staff. In short, my advice is DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. You might get the same surprise that I got.

There is a bar/liquor shop on the floor below, you have to bear the awful stench as you enter/leave the building. Bathroom/ toilet is not clean enough and smelly. Bed sheets and towels were also not clean. At the time of checkout, the staff asked me to show booking details on OYO app and they themselves gave a rating of 5 star before I could stop them.

Made a mistake of booking via OYO app! Wanted to spend about 4 hrs only... and this was closest to the place i wanted to go to! This place was filthy beyond belief!...checked out in 20 min!!!...the owner & receptionist were unprofessional too! Hope OYO takes note and the hotel guys address the issues!

I am writing this to explain the horrific hotel experience during my stay. Please do not book this hotel since I want no other customer to face what we faced in the hotel during or stay: 1. Broken glass window pane. 2. Leaking AC. 3. Rude hotel staff,manager when any issues were raised, who screamed, and was extremely impolite. 4. Non Functional TV even the FREE channels was not telecasted. 5. Uncooperative staff, house keeping. 6. OYO shows the room has a kitchen and geyser fitted rooms, while the rooms has no kitchen. Also there is no room specific geyser but only one tap which brings hot water from outside 7. THE WORST: There was no water supply in the bathroom, for a duration of 36 hours. When queried for reason, different person(from staff to manager) came up with different reason. They said the water will come in 10 minutes, 30 minutes at max 60 minutes. But that never happened, till we were checking out the supply was no restored. It seemed they intentionally switched off the water supply and never turned it back on to give the customer a hard time! I don't want to recall this horrific experience at the hotel.
