OYO 76860 Hotel Sai Residency - Lodge in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Location is good , but they charge too much as compare to rooms. And they are so deaparate for their charges. For me when i stayed there they asked for rent before the day ends. And they dont be available for any services..and yes they dont provide soap or good towel and bed cover ..

The location of the hotel is good, but for a price of 2200 it is not worth it. the staff here is uncooperative, rude, ill-behaved. Room service is not available, though they claim that they provide it. They don't provide basic amenities like water. The bedsheets are dirty. Plus, they offer no help to customers with their luggage. Very unprofessional.Really bad experience.

Third class hotel please don't stay here they looted 700 rupees for cancellation I booked the hotel without checking the room they charged 1500 for 1 night ac room, I gave 2000 advance and when they gave me the room I was shocked flush not working, dirty bed and ac not working when I asked them to cancel they deduced 700 from 2000 and returned only 1300. Please don't book this hotel they are fraud

Room was smelly, I asked for the room freshener but said we don't have. Each time you enter the room, it was smelly. We had to keep the door open for 15-20 min.

Budget hotel. Booked for some friends... Bedbugs were found. Upon complaining they changed the room. Overall value for money. Cleanliness is average. Just adjacent to the road. The in house restaurant is not very good. Food quality is average, compared to Hyderabad standards...

Worst experience about my 3days stay

I just gave it one star for for writing a feedback very very poor staff no respect to customers can't handle customers and I that review of some one no 1 worst hotel that's nice of u gentleman and thank you friends for rating it one star ......keep it up for these types hotel thank u your guide Recommendation :don't go in this hotel have a nice day

Room is very poor. Bathroom was cleaned also water clogged there. Bucket was like waste bin. I want to give negative rating. Really third grade hotel. Some hotel beside it was cheaper and good.
