OYO 7684 Hotel Repose Villa - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Absolutely horrible experience And the hotel boy "Alom" was absolutely stupid because he misguided me and pushed me to give extra service charge and tips

Room was not on good condition as it was shown in pictures. AC was not good and it was centrally controlled. They kept ac always at 30 degree and it was not worth it. Bathroom was also not very clean, soap they provided was pretty bad quality. Worst part is that during checkout staff took our phone to see if we have checked out of Oyo app (which is already strange) and rated 5 themselves. Probably the reason why they have 4.2 ratings on Oyo.

Worst part is that during checkin staff took our phone to see if we have checked in of Oyo app (which is already strange) he checked out my booking and rated 5 star themselves and charge some extra more than oyo booking amount. Probably the reason why they have 4.2 ratings on Oyo. I want to suggest every one Hotel Repose Villa OYO Ratings are fake. If you want good service serch some other place.

There wash basin not working properly and room condition also just good not very much maintained. So first they have to fix their washroom basin and flush everything and there is no fragrance in the room also it felt not like we are staying in 4.6 star rating hotel.

Don't get deceived by the pictures u see on the website. It's ill maintained as most of the basic stuffs like A/C and TV remote were not working, the latch to the bathroom door was broken, the flusher was barely working. The funniest part was before checking out the manager asked me to open the OYO app and shamelessly directed me to rate them with 5 star. I wouldn't recommend this place if u are looking for a descent place to stay.

Hotel location isgood but some thing they have to change. I stay here for 2 night. 1.They don't have working tv . After complaints they said settop box rechrge is over. 2. They turn off ac from reception at mid night. This is the worst thing. 3. Service is too slow. 4. No outside food. Inside food is expensive. 5. Their staff demand money while check out. 6. No proper water supply . I go to washroom but flash doesn't work. After complain they said it will working in 30 min. 7. Useless and time waste hotel.

Worst experience. At firstt, we were given our rooms at 4pm which is 4 hoir later from the hotel check in time.The reason they were giving was the rooms were booked by other couples. AC wasn't working throughout my stay. Room service was poor as I called them many times but no one replied. Worst experience ever and atlast when it's time for check out, the hotel receptionist askee for the mobile and rates the hotel review. Bad place for tourists, couples and families.

Stay was average. Toilet flush needs repair, it works after 2-3 attempts and mattress needs urgent replacement as it was not at all comfortable, towels I got was damp. T.V didn't got any cable network. Toilet and room was well cleaned. No foul order.
