OYO 76518 Hotel Regent In - Hotel in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

I booked this hotel room for 7 days through oyo booking app. When i reached that hotel then the manager said me that we are not taking any oyo bookings. We reached the hotel around 7pm. Hotel staff's are also irresponsible and they charged more amount from us.(we dont know hindi as well) on the next day they changed our room into a small one.worst experience.

this is the worst experience.. staff behaviour is worst .. keep on telling room is getting ready again n again asking to wait. I forced to cancel the booking and went to other hotel. he will refer to other hotel, saying immediate booking Is available. not at all recommended.

#edited review based on receptionists behavior after my stay - its been almost 12 days after i got back to my place and the hotel guy called me at night 10.30pm and started yelling on me that why did i give poor reviews and why did i upload my shirtless image in the hotel room. He dint realize that i gave poor reviews becouse they provided poor service and i have all the rights to upload my shirtless image coz that was my room for 11 days and i paid for it by law. So disgusting ot is to have them on call. Place is good but after getting this call i would stay away from such people.

Upon entering the room, you can see that the linen and pillowcases haven't been changed because they are still stained. The bathroom doesn't have hot water, and no toiletry kit was provided. Neither was there a towel, and upon asking, an unclean and stained one was provided. The AC barely worked. The TV barely had any channels subscribed to. Big mosquito problem, and an All Out Machine with an empty cartridge was provided. Bottled water was provided in a plastic bottle with its label ripped off and it certainly tasted funny. Half the lights in the room weren't working. Extremely disappointed. Certainly my last experience as an Oyo room user.

The worst place. The rooms were dirty and stinking. Rest room tap knob was missing. No hair dryer. Towels were dirty. The breakfast was a small plate of poha and not at all good. The restaurant was too bad and no staffs for cleaning the tables or even to serve water. On the whole a substandard place and I would never prefer to stay again.

Located very close to Tata motors, Thermax amongst other companies, this budget hotel provides a fine balance of practicality and amenities. The rooms are decent, clean, could be more spacious, but it's fine. Service is nice, responsive and swift. Prices are acceptable.

It's a no nonsense business hotel. There is no room service but surroundings there are plenty of restaurants. They provide complementary breakfast. Hotel rooms may require small renovation like painting on some portions of room wall, replacement of mirrors in bathroom, replacement of towels and bedsheets. I am giving 3stars only because of these small issues, otherwise 4+ rating can be given. Just to add there is no coffee maker. They don't provide complimentary mineral water bottles.

Though the rooms are good, but the experience at the reception is worst. The person at reception does not sticks to his words. We stayed for 2 nights (2 people in single room) and we were asked for rent of 1800 per night.At the time of checkout he charged us 999 per person per night for the name of seperate bills for each individual. Thus we ended up paying 3996 against 3600(amount which was finalized). The person at reception was not ready to listen, even when asked for camera recording just to show him up his words, he denied to show. Our company personals used to stay in this hotel a lot like 3-4 months. But now not recommended at all
