Don't go to this hotel. Room service is unpleasant, dirty room, hotel staffs have no commonsense, staffs are drinking alcohol... Room toilet was very dirty, a animal will not use this toilet. This hotel is good for pet animals....

One of the disastrous experience staying in this Hotel. One of the worsted experience ever faced in my last 12 years of tourism. Recommend not to stay there. Reason 1) Stinking Rooms 2) Pathetic toilets where water always leaking, where after n number of complaints no action taken. 3) No hot water facilities for both. 4) Heatless & Rude hotel Management 5) located in very Noisy place, where you cannot get sound sleep. 6) No doorstep drop or Pick up as hotel has very narrow road where only two Wheeler can reach. 7) Room locks are broken. 8) Being no Smoking hotel cigarette bits are placed everywhere. 9) Daily bases room cleaning staff ask for money for their tea consumption reason. 10) You will suffer the worst experience if are planning for more days as you will not get daily news paper nor room service. even manager Mr. Kumar is very rude while talking. In addition to that when you say i don't want to continue with rest of the days hotel booking you cannot do any thing, as this is non refundable booking. Choice is yours as your small decision/choice will effect your whole holiday/stay. All the best if you are choosing this Hotel.

WORST FOOD TASTE & WORST QUALITY & WORST SERVICE, PRICE MORE THAN WHAT THEY DESERVE, DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY BY VISITING THIS RESTAURENT, I ORDERED BIRYANI RICE THEY SERVE 95% white rice with 5% biryani rice that too very less quality, bad odour in dining area, only 2 serving people to do all works,that delaying service we waitef around 40 min after order, normal norms not following very very worst restaurent ever i saw in my 38 years experience all over india. I dont want to give one star also but atleast one should give thats badluck. What u read positive reviews about this restaurent by hotel staff posting, dont trust positive reviews those r fake.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Room was smelling like some one drunk beer. No toiletries No Drinking Water, No Towels, No Hot water for usage, shink tap not working. If we ask they will give plates for taking lunch or break fast or dinner. Those plates we're worst than worst in looking AC not working

It was one of the hotel near to Dilsukhnagar Bus Stop. The rooms are good. But mantaince was so bad to say that. The cost of the room was little expensive. They never reduce the price of the room.The room service was not good. Room boys are in roud manner. Mantaince was not good. We also have mini refrigerator in the room. We can cooling water at corner of the floor.

A very pathetic hotel. Bed sheets dirty, water taps broken, no mugs available, tv not working, phone wires missing, door lock keys missing, cannot lock the door. Overall a very pathetic hotel. I have never seen such a pathetic condition hotel in my life.

All the staff are good. Breakfast is not good compared with other lodges. Hot water is not available sometime. One of our room TV is not working. Still we enjoyed the stay. Over all I am recommend that is a best place for stay in a low rent

Even after changing the room all facilities were not upto the mark, like dirty toilet pot and dirty Bucket provided in Wash room. Shower not working and nob of warm water and cold water were not working properly in wash room, you have to call at reception before 15-20 minutes for warm water which was not explained during check-in. Ceiling Fan nob was not working and its running on full speed only which make us uncomfortable. Parking facility is not good and sized vehicles like SUVs and sedan may not fit in parking place. All street sellers were surrounding the parking way of hotel which makes it difficult to go in parking space of hotel and if you don't have idea of parking you will find yourself in market mess as its just adjacent of road turning and as street sellers are surrounding the way you will skip the way unknowingly.
