OYO 7552 Hotel Sky Grand - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I am giving four stars manily for the behaviour of the staffs and management and the utmost effort they give for their guests. If they can improve a bit of the cleanliness of the rooms it would easily deserves five stars. I know it is a budget hotel and price is cheap but I don't ask for providing luxury equipments or facilities, just check all rooms and toilets whether they are ok or not and please clean properly, that's all. They have few restaurants and bars, especially the rooftop bar is great. Have sitting arrangement in AC room and also under the open sky. The ground floor restaurant provides breakfast to dinner but the breakfast option is very limited. At the end I definitely recommend this place for that price.

Worst unhygienic experience with OYO. Creaking bed, poor futnitures and clogged toilet ! Picked up this room seeing the location and reasonable rate of rooms, but had several sickening experiences through out the stay. The first room i got was just ok, but the toilets were filled with foul smells from drainage. Very soon I had to change the room because the door handle itself came out while locking the door. The second room which got allowed also was not free from patch works. The bedding was very old and broken and creating noises through out the sleep. They had even tried to fix certain edges with cello tapes. Toilet was the worst thing in the second room. The flush was not working and thus had a clogged toilet throughout the stay. Could not think of shifting again since it was already late. Have not imagined such worst experience with OYO. Atleast before posting the rooms you should have checked the basic amenities in the hotel. Giving offers and rate cuts should not mean that the customers deserve filthy stay. #oyo

Here is the straight feedback if they wanted to improve the service and others can consider while choosing that location. Pro"S: 1. In a Centralized location and Greater accessibility. 2. Service Boys were obedient and offered desirable service Con"s: 1. Poor WiFi and False commitments to fix the problems brought to the management notice 2. Food is expensive 3. If you stay for more than 4 days and if you pay the fees through direct OYO portal, they will not allow you to extend your stay as the hotel and labour will not get any benefit and then you will be asked to vacate the location even if you wish to extend it by showing any other reasons. 4. During check out process, The other worst thing is that management will encourage the guys sitting in reception to take phones from customers by stating few reasons and open the OYO app and will rate themselves as 5 star if you are not cautious.

It was thr worst experience of my life.I was on a business travel and booked this through oyo because it was close to my office.As i reached the reception, the receptionist was a very rude person.He asked me to wait then after taking his own time he started asking me why am i there, will there anyone coming later, and even told humiliated me by asking discomforting ques.When i asked him why is he behaving like that he started yelling at me,he insulted me infront of a lot of people.I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, specially female travellers if you are booking this they will take it as if you are a call girl. Please stay away.They even marked me as checked in even when i did not.That person did not even tell me his name.The worst hotel and worst guest experience ever.

Specius rooms, charges are normal, good dining facilities, staff behavior also found co-operative but from the cleaning point of view it never be called a good hotel. Bed room, bed sheets, pillow & covers, toilet room, bucket, mugs are very old and ugly. I was booked this room from on line, but physically found not satisfactory.

In my opinion hotel is much better than other hotels.i stay for 2days that i have interview on NCC office.all staffs were very helpfull.room service man is also from my odisha place.so i got fully satisfied.they also offered complimentary morning breakfast.reception man behaviour is also very good.there also available lift system.rooms were very neat and clean.bed and sofa also were so clean.but food rates are little high cost if we compare with other hotels.but i like this hotel very much..when i will go to Hyderabad i will stay here always.but please any one can say ,can we stay here unmarried couple.pleae reply..i m waiting..

Very bad food. Stayed there for three days. Nobody turned up for cleaning the room. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake... They will give you one dosa...
