Had a wonderful experience with aroma classic nampally ..good service and clean rooms . But the washroom was not that good . Overall its a budget friendly hotel

The worst ever hotel!!!! Firstly we were denied check in even though we were a group of friends. Then on top of that they had the worst behaviour i have ever seen on a hotel. They even refused make any sort of arrangements after requesting a lot. The place too is very very shady and not worth staying with family or even friends. This has beeny worst ever hotel experience till now. Would never ever recommend this to anyone

As Hotel folks informed that the contract room tarrif increased. I have booked hotel at the cost of rupees, hotel person informed that single classic room cost Rs /- Hotel informed denied check in. Hotel informed that I have to pay extra. Many customers during my checkin also faced same issue. Checkin was denied in this hotel. Horrible experience to face along with my family. Hotel does not even have a chair for guest to sit and talk. No responsible and rude receptionist. Hotel is on slum area. don't go by outside photo. Hotel person told, at /- he can give a dormitory and bathroom is common which is located in next floor (Not attached bathroom). common bathroom to share. Hotel person gave a dormitory room. Horrible experience. Finally after lot of negotiations, I paid extra to stay in another room.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. The quality of the rooms is below average. The bed sheet, mattress, and pillows are below average. No change of bed sheet, no regular cleaning, the towel is dirty and the bathroom is worst and unhygienic. Still, in this century this hotel has Indian-style toilets. No complimentary toiletry. The walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear every word if someone is speaking in the adjacent room. Someone locked our room from outside and when we complained about that and, asked for CCTV footage they denied it by saying might some kid have done that. They don't even have a basic kitchen so don't expect even a cup of tea. You have to purchase a water bottle from outside. Our room 301 doesn't have proper power backup only the lights are working. A TV was there, but no power connection to the adjacent plug. They don't accept payment by card/UPI only cash and don't provide any bills. The only good things are hot water availability, AC & location. But I never recommend this to anyone for staying with family and friends.

All over the hotel is well maintained in nampalley area . Rooms Ac are awesome .water facilities is up to the mark .
