This hotel location is very good but need to improve more room services like Room cleaning, water heater not working, The main thing is that no one should touch the blanket they give. Bath towels are not provided. Apart from the fact that this hotel can be used in an emergency, those who want to stay patiently for a couple of days and visit Madurai should think about it.

Very bad service. Zero response.. We asked for towel and bendings.. we didn't get it.. We again had to go to them n ask it...late night.. We wanted to contact our driver whose phone was switched off....we asked hotel reception to tell the driver...they didn't.... Also rooms are congested and corridors are also very narrow...
