This hotel location is very good but need to improve more room services like Room cleaning, water heater not working, The main thing is that no one should touch the blanket they give. Bath towels are not provided. Apart from the fact that this hotel can be used in an emergency, those who want to stay patiently for a couple of days and visit Madurai should think about it.
Cockroach , AC not working properly, very late, No hot water for bathroom after 8am , no blanket , no service, worst

Went for a two day stay. Rooms are smaller. Tv was not working properly. Besdsheets were provided after asking. Suitable for two people only for one night stay.
