It was a great experience staying in this Hotel. I had a well spent holiday there. Food was as good as the room service. I would definitely wanna go there again very soon. It's must visit hotel. It's also pocket friendly. I even interacted with the owner, he was very cooperative.
Room service is very poor, if you people see the place where chef is preparing food is in pathetic condition, food quality below average, no exhaust fan placed in washrooms, smelly rooms, RO system not available in hotel, kitchen place is very unhygienic, overall zero rating for this hotel, if you want to waste your money then you can book this hotel, i had a worst experience from this place. If these companies ie OYO and FAB hotels are giving rating they first need to examine the place. Highly disappointed
Worst experience ever, tv was not working, i asked for extra bed, they don't provide at night, i asked for plate they said we can't provide u that. Dishes are not cleaned. No hot water available in winter, you can see in image this hotel located in a bad area u ll get disturbed by out side construction noise. If i have options to rate i ll give in negative. You can get better hotel
Location is in a local crowded market. Rooms has no window. All the food items of Restaurant is is deliberately high.
"Chef is asleep will wake up at 8:30" this was the reply when we asked for morning tea. The rooms looked nothing like the ones on the website. Food was tasteless.

In amritsar they don't usually allow oyo bookings, it was very bad experience. I booked my oyo room n when i reached the hotel they denied us to get check in they said they don't use we don't accept oyo booking and that's very bad experience, then i need to go to another hotel and book a room by direct walk-in.
