This is a nice hotel but it's only drawback is it's location. It is situated far away from main road making it a little difficult for someone who is from outside of Ranchi to locate it. The rooms are good. Food and service is decent.
The geyser and television of my room were not working and I complained several times about it to the staff but they lied every time and didn't do anything about it I was there for two days but they didn't repaired it only had excuses about this and that. Also there was no room cleaning done for both days the bathrooms where very untidy with foul smell it was very horrible experience.
A handy solution to the locals for organising birthday, anniversary at a small level with rooms for a comfortable stay. Unavailability of lift is the only drawback
