OYO 74392 Hotel Mahesh Residency - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

At very convenient location. Just 5 Minutes away from Secunderabad Railway Junction. Stayed for one day. Though the room was not large in size, It's value for money.

I don't even know what to say about it because I never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. Let's review point to point 1. I booked a double bed room for one night but they give me single bed room. 2. The receptionist charge me extra money for early check-in but told me not to say to manager 3. Room is like not cleaned from months, dust is everywhere and on everything 4. They liked about accommodation like soap, shampoo, 2 bottle complementary water, welcome drink and towel. They didn't give me anything. 5. The bed in the room was broken at middle. 6. There is no white bulb in the room check my pics of room it is so irritating 7. A couple (not married) comes at hotel with an agent and they gives them room for a time and you know what is that for so I strictly don't recommend you to stay at hotel with family At last I only want to say you don't trust on anything about hotel through booking websites check reviews first

A very average hotel. Recommended only if one searching for a very cheap single room. Hot water, ac, tv available with very budgetory price. Not recommended for families. No parking. Also, don't give bad reviews, the owner will give you very worst reply as you can see in my comments. To the Owner (as a reply to ur comment u added below) - Dear, I mentioned yours is a budget friendly hotel, that means for 1000 rs, you gave facilities. But what I suggested is it's not good for family. It's my review, please use the review to develop yourself. If you are expecting only good words, then I'm not the right person. Also, when I stayed there it's was really ok for me, being i was a bachelor. Still, no hot water avaialble, bathroom was really not neat, main door latches having problem. Being a bachelor I can adjust everything, but with a family nobody can't adjust. Giving money is not the problem here dear, getting a good room is the problem. Do you know one thing, I'm getting AC rooms for even 700 rs in OYO. Also, i didn't mention anything bad about the price in my comment. So please beware before using words against original reviews. You only gave opportunity for me to expose you.

If you r a solo traveler with urgency to reach sc railway station in in time, I strongly suggest this hotel. They will provide you a high speed WiFi. I spend my time here by roaming around the beautiful places near to it. The service here in hotel is good.

Worst hotel ever, never booking the hotel again with them. Even after pre-booking, and paying the full amount, on arrival they didn't give any room to stay.

Worst hotel near secrnderabad Railway Station, They demand 1200 for Non AC room... There was bad smell when I was eanter in the room.

Great hotel. It's neat and clean. We got our money's worth. The hotel has a lift for it's residents and you can take hot shower baths in each bathrooms.

Very good staff and front office manager reddy is very nice person 24 hours service will be available. Nice and very good facilitated good air conditioner rooms. Beds also available.
