Not happy. You tell the Oyo customer care something else and you tell me something else. And you're telling me to leave the hotel because I didn't accept your inflated extra price. Totally not recommended. The room and place is good. But the management is very very very bad. Room boy was really helpful to get breakfast separately paid again even though hotel promised to give breakfast which was prepaid. Not at all recommended for the response of the owner/management.
Accommodation is very good. The room is big and clean too but regarding the staff services there was only 2 staff and their behavior was not good. For food you have to walk far from the property. They used to give us breakfast but it was not good. They should improve their services and staff behavior too.
It's a transit suite located close to Bangalore Kempegowda Airport. It has 2 floors reserved for guest . Each room is a 2 BHK property and rented bedroom wise . If you book directly for long term you get @1000 Rs per day for 1 room. Online mode it's 600 per day . However there is no restaurant available. They arrange for food from a local restaurant . The halls and kitchen are on a shared basis . This is good for transit visitor or for long term stay with family taking a full 2 BHK. They provide micro oven , utensils etc
Overall experience was nice. Room was clean but service is bad. Staff was not able to do his job. And there is no dining facility so I have to go out for food which is available almost half a kilometer away.
Terrible service, big scam. Barely furnished and not providing a stove, gas, washing machine. WiFi is terrible and might as well not be there. Rooms are smelly and the owners/staff are very impolite and impartial to people. Would not recommend for anyone.
