We are 4 Couples visited on 4th june 2023 to 9th june 2023 their service is so bad, rooms are not ok specially Beds, Bathroom not ok , Guizer not working properly, and Water problems. So this review is actual and true no fake. if anybody wants to go at first know about this hotel. they will say all good but after you arrived you will observe the reality.
Worst experience ever.. Third class hotel.. this hotel can spoil your entire tour mood.. each and every thing are worst.. service, rooms, food..
Worst service Provided by OYO first I made a prepaid booking which the hotel person told all rooms are filled.OYO is providing the worst service ever to there customer. Wonder Hill guest is the worst guesthouse in which I have ever stayed.There is no bucket in washroom when I asked they Provided me with a dustbin basket telling manage for one day and geyser was not working. Tap is coming out of wash basin. In Nutshell it's the worst service I have experienced till yet in my lifetime. Customer Alert : All pics uploaded in google by the owner is false that's not the reality. Again a big thanks to OYO to provide there customers with the worst service.
Worst service. They don't respond, and they don't care. Water in the bathroom was not working, When we asked for the complimentary breakfast, they lied that the cook is out of time. Won't recommend it to anyone.
The great hotel in below range.. The staffs are very polite & service too.
Small rooms, no water in the bathroom,lice and bugs in bed, dirty bed sheets and blankets.
The room was small and it was prominent that the place wasn't very well maintained. The receiption desk usually remained empty. The matress was way bigger than the actual bed and so it was really uncomfortable. The toilet was clean but the toilet seat covers was cracked and the jet-spray was faulty. Also no toiletries were provided. The towel provided was dirty. Had a really bad experience.
Poor Ridiculous hopeless service of this hotel. You have to ask them everything from soap to pillow cover. No geyser, no mug in bathroom, no TV, No curtains, No door lock, no proper wiring. You can't get out before 8 because their staff told me that they sleeps till 8, then only they will open the gate. If you pay online, then forget about a good r0om. They dont provide what the show in picture.

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
