Good place to stay in the middle of old city.. The staff is cheerful and easy to deal. Room Service is active and good. Rooms r neat and clean. Parking facilities are available. They accept cash, cards and paytm. The red and white interior colour combinations make hotel feel more romantic.
I wanted to stay near the Charminar So I selected this hotel. Let me tall you. it is not a safe place. Its very clumsy, shabby and dirty. They provide rooms to local couples with out taking the government ID Proof. Also when I asked for the bill they did not gave me the proper bill. They gave me a receipt of donation.
Very bad experience of OYO team No empty room found as per booking ticket and we suffer from 12 am to 4 am to find new room on self basis. Almost whole night /today become hectic due to this bad in experience. Although hotel reception was so good and helpful in nature but OYO team was looking so unsupporting and bad beheived during all over activity. I don't recommand anyone to use OYO further sorry OYO team.....
No neatness in the hotel. Dust bins not provided in the hotel. Poor hotel maintenance. Wash room also not clean. I can say it's not a class hotel. But charminar is very near 1 km only. Salar museum also very near 1 km only.
The housekeeping is well mannered. Rooms are well maintained. It feels like it's a 2 star hotel. Food quality is average, with average price.
