OYO 7326 Hotel Penguin - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

Location is really good. It's walking distance from a Metro Station. Rooms are really spacious even the bathroom was really spacious. Staff was really helpful. Was a pleasant stay. They even managed to serve breakfast before the usual 8am on account of our early flight. Mighty pleased. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Hotel is located in a very awkward place on a small road. You can see how people in Kolkota lived on footpath. Hotel Staff are very good. Hotel is without a restaurant. Staff bought us tasty South Indian food from outside. Staff were very quick, ready and polite to serve us. But Hotel is without a lift. We were five senior citizen ladies, found it difficult to climb. Rooms were good. Cleanliness and service in the room was good. But outside the room it was not clean. There was heap of soiled linen and unswept corridor. Hats off to staff who ran up and down to attend the customers. Its a cheap budget hotel. We stayed there for one night only.

Staffs are good no doubt, very polite..but the rooms are not according to the price..and washroom was also dirty..not recommended

The rooms were average. No restaurant available and rooms are cozy. It's nearby roadside, easy communication can be done. Property manager and staffs are well mannered and help you out. 2 stars to hotel, 5 stars to the supportive staffs.

It's budget hotel. Rooms are clean, but small. Staff are helpful. No kitchen available, food is brought from outside. Limited choice for fooding. Comp breakfast offered with very few options. Avoid Room No 102, it witnessed a murder some 15 years back...Just thought to mention. Good, if you are on a business trip and only come to hotel to spend the night.

Nice hotel under the flagship of Oyo Rooms. Very spacious room with a dinning table for two, almirah and a good small balcony. I should suggest them to have their own kitchen so that guests staying there can have meal in hotel only otherwise everything is great . Yeah one more thing please have an elevator ASAP because sometimes it's hard to take stairs. .

My booking was confirmed but when I arrived at 8 :15 PM in reception desk they express unwillingness to give room , presenting as check in is late and thus it is difficult to have a room. Though they provide a room but it was at the third floor and no lift was present , it was difficult to up down frequently from the room. The room was not so clean, stains were there in the wall.

I believe that a rating should be based on the price and service ratio. Also Happiness = reality - expectation. So don't expect a 5 star hotel experience from this budget hotel, in fact this one is more like value for money. I booked this one on Oyo. It is near to Sealdah railway station. The surroundings are pretty lively. People roaming , doing their daily chores. Crowded bazars nearby. Room was having AC , a clean toilet, linen, pillow covers. Aquaguard water available. Lift is not there. Luggage has to be lifted manually to even 4th floor. They provide porter if you wish. Breakfast was complimeintary , but I couldn't have it , because I checked out early morning. After 8 am they serve breakfast.
