I have experienced a worst service at this hotel after staying for a day. Here are my experiences - Mudy Water in taps unable to use. - No Telephone services - No proper Lighting in rooms - Tv disconnected The same was raised multiple times at Reception But no response and I have to vacate after losing my money for nothing. I strongly recommend not to stay here.
Stayed on our way to Kolkata. Rooms weren't cleaned properly. Bathrooms were even more pathetic. Luckily breakfast was edible. They didn't bother to use card machines instead asked for cash. Lift was small and full of mosquitoes. Parking was full of water. Location was good. Hence giving 2 star
Situated close to all the important places in the city, has an attached restaurant, staff are curteous, ambience is neat and tidy, rooms are maintained well, by and large, with clean linen and functional WiFi.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
