Location was well located, rooms were good, service was worst , washroom not good, breakfast was also not at all good. They wont even provide u complimentary water or towels. They sell water bottles n cool drinks , higher than mrp rates but not chilled. When i asked for towel they gave me a towel which is like a door mat. No hot water ,called to Reception 3 times , no proper response. Wasted 45 mins

This hotel is only recommended for bachelor's and friends and not for families. The staff doesn't ever look after you if u have any issues. They keep on saying will look after. Will only recommend for some one who is looking to drink liquor and enjoy.
I agree with every bad comment before mine. After having stayed at a very comfy guest house before this in a small town, which provided hot water 24 hrs, a place in Vizag is in stone age! Bed linen and bath linen can give u jitters. Bathroom was full of mold/mildew, even the health faucet. Staff is slightly better than stone age era. Looks like the only reason I was here, using this place like a B&B was to tell others to think twice!
A very good hotel , you are given respect when you checkin , nice staff , clean rooms , do pay a visit if you like good service rather than classy stays just for a change .
Rooms are okay ish but staff aren't available all the time. Breakfast isn't available as there is no restaurant on site. One night I was feeling thirsty and couldn't find any staff downstairs to open the refrigerator lock.
Staff doesn't know how to behave with the Coustmers.
They feel like this is the only hotel in vizag, coustmers will stay here itself... as they don't have any other options.

The gym is in a convenient location with good equipment. Malleswari mam (owner and personal trainer) is knowledgeable, friendly and pushes you to do your best. She knows what works for you and plans your workouts accordingly. Overall it's a nice qym
