They charge the same as better hotel lodges but experience is dirty stinking rooms.They don't even care you complaint. Chewing tobacco Spit everywhere including bed sheet to toilet trap hole. I won't visit again.. Jai hind...

Places is at very good location but rooms are very dirty specially the toilets are in room you can see cockroaches very well bed sheet and mattresses are not so clean service is not good I hope next time when we visit there will remember that customers deserve best.

Perfect place for wedding ..in terms of huge space for the function, catering was extremely good & there is enough space for parking inside the hotel premises. But but ..Rooms are extremely dirty so if ur here to attend wedding ..well & good but not a good place for staying

While searching for rooms keep this place as a last option. The rooms are dirty, washrooms are dirty. Here you cannot use AC and geaser together. If you opt for AC, geaser access won't be provided. The area at the entrance have overflooded sewers. There is no Security guard. You will see the labels:- beware of theives.

Easy connectivity to all locality in Mathura. Better place for stay, function and gathering. Oldest place at Masani, Mathura.

Place is located at Agrasen chowk Masanai Mathura. Ample space for parking and Lawn is good for gathering of 500 people's. AC HALL for meetings and other events. Rooms are not so good.

WORST Hotel.. We booked this hotel for 14th August to 15th August for one day stay well before 2 -3 weeks through Agoda. We reached Mathura on 14th August and called hotel for the location but surprisingly hotel reception guy told us that we can not do checkin in hotel as our reservation is not confirmed but our reservation was already confirmed. We called agoda and agoda was saying that reservation is confirmed but now this hotel is asking more price. We called again to Hotel and they told that they can not offer the hotel at that price on which we booked. We booked 2 rooms as we were 2 families with 3 children. Hotel reception guy was very rude on phone and was saying that how can you book hotel at that price from any site and funny thing is that they their-self listed their hotel in those site. Imagine the mental and physical pain we suffered on that day with 3 children without hotel and finally we could not find any other hotel in mathura as there were lot of rush because of long weekend and then we had to cancel our morning railway ticket from Mathura to gwalior as there were no stay in mathura because of heavy rush and then we returned back to Delhi and booked next day railway ticket from delhi to gwalior in tatkal. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN ANY CASE. THEY ARE BIG CHEAT AND CONMAN.

Rooms are decent but staff behavior is not at all acceptable. People here don't know how to treat guests. They have to learn ethics. Bathrooms are not clean. You cant sit outside on the lawn Even if your friend comes to visit you these people are going to target saying extra charges n all. Please consider it only if you are a bachelor. Not good for families and couples.
