OYO 68417 Hotel Surbhi - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Worst OYO experience in my life. I made a booking request by OYO for a bigger room at m p nagar Bhopal location and they suggested this place as super OYO. I checked the pictures of room available on OYO app, checked the room size and confirmed it with OYO person I was on call with that the room size is 169 square feet. I made my booking and told him that I'll be check in around midnight as per my travel schedule. I even paid 10% advance as booking confirmation. When I get to the property around 11:30 pm, the property manager allotted me an awesome room in which one should walk on bed to get to the bathroom, it was the dirtiest room I have ever seen in my life in any city with any app. The room size was around 8 feet by 9 feet. When I have enquired about the room I actually booked three days earlier, the property manager replied that the room and the description given in OYO app is not from this hotel. After this disastrous experience, I don't think I can trust OYO app for my next booking or suggest someone to use OYO.

Best service for 24*7 hours without emergency charge with discount.

Rooms were not clean. Some Washroom accessories were not working. There was cigarette smell all over the floor,there should be a separate smoke area. The staff was well behaved and quick good service.

This is the most pathetic hotel in mp nagar. The manager doesn't treat us well and misbehaved. He even didnot provide us with room even after being paid or provided us with the worst room with torn sheets and unhygienic washrooms with smelly water and houseflies in the room. Noone should book this hotel .atleast not at all hygienic for.women. Oyo should atleast get their properties checked before it starts ruining its name. Worst hotel to pick for stay.

Being in the most reputed area of Bhopal its slightly unsatisfactory. Though the room given was the best they Had. A little cooperation was even shown. It's not a cretic for your hotel. But certain things need to be presented well as per the Hospitality says. I just had bad experience from dropping down from a cab at wrong location as per Ola location. Being completely new in the town I couldn't understand where to go. Still I used google maps and walked down with my luggage the whole path and again reached some wrong location. The location is not marked properly. Later somehow managed to ask local people and reached to the hotel finally. Then it had a issue of wifi service was not able to reach 3rd floor. As I had to work on my laptop. The best room was dirty of some spitting on the dustbin area, coaches and spiders walking on the table. The television was not giving any sound. Even after requesting it was not changed. The intercom connecting reception was not working. Overall things were not managed properly which need to be managed as per me. Otherwise the stay is calm and very pocket friendly. I hope by next time it gets rectified

Nice hotel and good staff

Torn bad sheet See the hygiene condition and the containers they use for breakfast. Dirty and uncleaned table cloths. I would highly recommend not to send your guests to this hotel.They were numbers of guest were complaining.
