The only good thing about the place is location, if u r staying in madurai and need to visit rameshwaram and other cities nearby. The rooms are ok, but expensive compared to similar rooms in different cities. There are in total 5 rooms, the small bedroom in the ground floor is inhabitable as the bathroom and cisterns are dysfunctional. The towels provided are below par quality and soiled. Flush and health faucet not working. We are then shifted to the first floor where we find difficulty in operating the AC. When we complained, the caretaker threatened us like local goons. I won't recommend staying here as the hospitality is worse than the worst.
I have booked this hotel through OYO. I have requested for an early check in and the property manager has confirmed for it. Later when i arrived, i was said that the room isnt available and i can check in only by 12 PM. His approach isnt customer freindly and infact he has denied for my stay booked through OYO. Totally an unfriendly behaviour and it is my first and worst expereince that i got through oyo.
