OYO 6804 Hotel Buddha Residency - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

This Hotel is a good one to stay. It's a budget hotel with good amenities for what they charge. The bathroom and toilets are clean and are sanitized on request. They provide WiFi and TV in every room. The hot water is also available round the clock. The food is also not bad. The staff are also very well behaved. The staff help in many of your troubles like finding a good vehicle and all.

The hotel is in prime location. The rooms are spacious enough and provided with a mini refrigerator. The hotel need to work on their bathrooms especially the showers. The room service is cool and the food tastes good. Worth staying.

I was here to attend a wedding and booked this hotel through Oyo. Well my experience didn't go well at all. I was bound to book as it was hardly 5 min of walking distance from my friends house. I'm sharing some serious points below which people must know before booking this hotel. * The staff is dull doesn't know how to treat customers. They were not even interested in showing the rooms * You can't order food from zomato/ Swiggy a complete turn off. Hotel's policy. * Also they asked for the full advance payment for my 2 day stay and if not paid they were ready to say that you can move out. * Breakfast was kind of making fool of yourself. There was nothing except bread butter tea to fill your plate with. * I don't know exactly but they have some drainage problem every washroom had a foul smell I changed my room twice but it didn't serve the purpose I'm giving it Two stars just because the rooms were spacious and the OYO guy was nice to us otherwise the hotel staff was like that they were doing a favour to you by giving you a room.

Not worth it. The rooms were very unhygenic. The quilts had food stains. The staff not at all welcoming and friendly. Due to metro construction, the way to reach this place is very dingy and shady. We faced a lot of problems while booking uber. Please avoid.

I'm writing about the garden bakery. Pls add new varieties and designs of cake like it used to be earlier . I visited it frequently because of the cooperating staff but now it's also no more. I was really fascinated with the service and quality of the products earlier. But it all faded with time. I think I'm never gonna visit it again .

A decent hotel at heart of the city, close to state legislature house. Metro construction has blocked the entrance right now. Service is OK, staffs are helpful. Generally popular with tourists.

I lived here for a day. The staff is good. But I ddn't like the complementary breakfast plus the hotel should provide a complimentary tea on check in

hey guys...booked buddha residency as wanted and stay there for 4 nights 5 days..and had one of the worst experience in my life..they included buffet breakfast in our pkg but they are so big loosers ..they said we can only eat for 200/-rs if we eat more then that we have to pay for that,,,complete bullshit...if we asked for omettee there were no eggs,,,,horrible food...and to top it all they say they will only give 1 tea bag and 1 milk powder in each room if the guest needs more he has to pay 100rs for 1 teabag and 1milk pwder...the waiters and the staff is complete useless...the hotel really spoiled our whole trip...and even charged bills with us which were not even ours....my advice to hotel owner is to close the hotel as they hopeless and specially there new outlet in alambagh....the manager hopeless ...so my kind request to everyone not to visit this hotel in life,,,,,,
