Hotel staffs denies to provide the room if booked through any online platform or either ask to pay extra or denies to provide room. Worst service. If not interested with online platform booking better to deregister from online websites instead creating trouble to guests.

They dont give rooms also if u book through apps like makemytrip simply they told still ur payment is not updated so dnt go here im very disappointed

Very very worst handling customer in reception he talking very rude in Oyo app there is one price after came room they telling one price I asked why they asked me to go and ask Oyo company otherwise cancel and go very worst room I had ever met

The owner of the hotel asked my team to share the room and washroom with any stranger guests and did not even give us the refund...we were team of 6 people and booked 3 rooms but the hotel was giving us only 1n half room room and asking us to adjust in that without any refund On top of that main owner Shiva was aware about this situation and he did not ever bother to respond to our calls for settlement. Worst hotel to stay. Not recommended at all Shame on them that they ask people to share room with any stranger that too we were bunch of girls I would infact like to file a case against this hotel for what they show on booking app and what they provide Also @agoda has a worst service

I was in Bangalore for a trade show and booked this place 3 or 4 days before. On the day I am supposed to check-in, I tried calling the OYO Om Sai Suits manager, after couple of times, I reached out to the manager. He then informed me that some of the rooms are under renovation and the room will not be available. He then told me to cancel the reservation, as if it was my fault. OYO took some Rs.774/- upfront for the room, cancelation charges of Rs. 662/-. Gave a refund for Rs.112/-. How is fair? It's not my problem that the suit is going with renovation. Least concerned with customer's discomfort. At the end of the day I had to find another place to stay. I am very unhappy with how this ordeal is delt with.

The room n amenities are worth it for the price. Don't expect exceptional service as the staff are least bothered. Wouldn't recommend it to couples. But definitely recommended for a group of men looking for a stop over for the night. But you will get some amazing south Indian breakfast at the restaurant below the building. There is a gym in the building too..for those who cannot miss their workouts. Might be at an extra charge

Service is very very poor, reception guy is treating us like unprofessional way My personal advice don't book room in this hotel even NO Wi-Fi, NO WATER, NO TV There is no restaurant near this hotel Don't wast your money - rooms not worth for money
