This is located very near metro line and highway in Koyabedu area. Room was clean, but towel washing system is not good which makes it look dirty even after washing. It has no in house restaurant but one can either order through room service or one can walk to nearby restaurants. Water in bathroom had a bitter taste. Light in corridor was blue colored and inadequate. Bed mattress was too soft which can cause back pain. Service quality is moderate. Main attraction is it's location near long distance bus station. So quite convenient for travellers.
Rooms are good. Room service is good too. The reason I reduced a star is because the WiFi is not great. In the middle if the night, the wifi was not functioning. When I informed the same to the caretaker, he said 'It is working. For other guests it is working'. He probably wasn't in a mood to investigate that. Another star got reduced is because I feel that Rs. 1500/ day is a bit too overpriced for me. Though the apartment is new and rooms are good.
The worst stay we ever stayed, highly priced!! average rooms!worst room service ever!! And cheating staffs... especially beware of the staffs...just because we were half an hour late for checking out..they charged us for the whole day!!and when we requested him that we wanted to speak with the manager he just refused and started acting like a Good moreover he started treatning us!!!such an awful experience I never had!!!!
Got stuck up in late night at this hotel. Booked via Oyo room and also paid online. Once reaching over their receptionist told they are not accepting online payment for past one week and issued notice to Oyo. I got struck between there dramas and he was not ready to give room. Finally one kind customer executive from oyo helped in changing room to nearby hotel at 12:00 am. Checked in and slept exhausted.
Neat place; worth the money spent. The locality may not be so pleasing though. There's a supermarket nearby just in case you didn't carry your towel, shampoo, toothbrush, etc
The worst experience that i have never seen with this receptionist... They are the worst, not treating us good....dont book any ome there... cost is also too high ... they have shown me one room and given another waste room..... Worst experience
No single rooms available and if we book through any application like goibibo etc... the checkin time is 12 noon. Means you wont get a room in the morning hours unless other ways you pay for 2 days
The rooms were nice,the maintainence is also cool But the prices were high Those rooms cannot attain that much cost
