Very NYC room service. And good food .
Hotel appearance is good, management is on average, food quality is not so delicious. One thing I must add is don't book this hotel by OYO because the price you see on OYO they don't accept it even the charge 3 times more of that amount. Room is good enough.
Recently I had stayed in this hotel for two days. TV does not work, Linen provided are torn and muddy. They do not change the soap and shampoo used by earlier guest. Service is pathetic. Nobody responds. They take the entire amount inadvance so that you cannot leave the hotel. Even after this review if you want to stay, check the rooms before paying.
Never recommend this hotel.
The most important thing is it appears that they are creating fake IDs and giving 5/5 rating. Do not trust 5/5 rating, it is not worth even 1/5 rating.
Worst experience ..the staffs are rude n not cooperative they are on there own ego don't know why.... Chnged 3 rooms in a day all were having washroom problem the room was smelly, Bedsheets n blabkets were old n dirty... The cleaner came once to swipe the room after that for 3 days he didn't show up.. We complaint also but nothing happend.... Will never chus this hotel again... Worst n awful experience.. I won't recommend this hotel to any one
Hotel was good but they checked in us around 1o' clock.lift was not working some of staffs behaviour was rude they should think that they are getting the bookings due to Oyo and some other hotel booking applications his staff was telling like talk to Oyo why getting late check in. AC was not working,toilet seats were broken and they had provided expired handwash soap. I have clicked the picture as well.
Please Oyo ban this hotel from your site otherwise you lost your customer trust.
They charged almost double rate of your booking today I book this hotel in around 850 inr but when I going to chek in this hotel at 10am I say sir I want to early chek in they said 30% extra charge then I agree with 30% charge so total amount around 1150 but they ask me that 1700 inr and they said you booked low rate so it's not valid even you chek in at 12 pm then why Oyo team shown price to low I suggest anyone don't go this place if you are couple they charge very extra amounts for couples
The hotel is located centrally and the food is good. But there are some serious concerns with cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the hotel.The tables are not cleaned very well and one can see food stains all over the place . The bed linen is often not changed unless you raise a request. The hotel has a strange pungent smell in the corridors. IF the hotel improves on the overall housekeeping and cleanliness..great affordable place to stay
Location was approx 500m from muzaffarpur junction. This property is in the market so if you are traveling in late night there will be no issues. Pankhuri restaurant is inside this property. Food was awesome but the room is very small and conjusted. It's good for single or two peoples. Not recommended for large numbers family.
Cleanness was good and staffs are really very supportive. But the cons was unmarried couples are not allowed .
