Never ever stay here as a paying guest. Their services are very bad... most of the time there is no water... Food provided is pathetic and says complementary if you want to exclude it from monthly rentals.... Rooms and coridor are very dirty and won't get cleaned until you tell them twice or thrice.... Staff is very unethical, annoying, disgusting and whatever bad description you can ever give... Specially Prashant the receptionist, Lalit the owner and the cook as well... All are of ill behaviour, they get drunk and start fighting with guests of they complain for any of the issue facing...i highly recommend to do not waste your money out there.
Good hotel rooms spacious clean and not smelly , good building, good interior. The staff is trying hard to oblige customers but more is needed. The staff must be more aggressive and co operative. I think local ids are allowed there. There is no board over hotel.
I wouldnt even give it 1 star.. Thiefs and fraud people, Please I beware u dont go there.. Booked it as an accomodation for my sister's wedding, had no proper space for making food, had kitchen on top floor which was so dirty where they cooked staff food and used same place for cooking customer's food and it was very dirty.
Bedsheets were torn... They couldnt even provide waterbottles in room.. My things were stolen by staff and when I asked for CCTV footage they first made excuses and after that said they are not working.
I really dont know where to start worst experience ever had they always playing kind of games. Especially the guy PRASHANT he is kind of illiterate who really dont know how to talk to a guest and how to behave i suggest every one not to select this property for any rental worst pathetic that is the least i can rate.
Everything was fine except bedsheets and towels provided by hotel are dirty nd sticky
