OYO 65852 Blue Ocean Pearl - Hotel in Navelim, Benaulim - South Goa, India

Rooms are spacious, bathroom has extra sink which kind of gets in the middle when u try to bathe. Hot and cold water is available. Location is very prime, market, cafe, restaurant and beach all are at low distance. Although they don't give room services nor will they provide any water bottles or such. It was better that all the shops were close by. We stayed at the property for two days and there was no service so it was bit disappointing. I hope it doesn't happen to others.

No Room Service, Provided and Someone drank and Knocked our rooms at 3am unneccessary there were no security and they kept street dogs, which are barking at guests, if you are alone at night without knowledge of receptionist dogs may bite you. OVERALL IT WAS OK NO SO BAD NO SO GOOD.

Worst place to stay. Now I am not believing in OYO hotels just after this visit. I am traveller and choose the basic amenities required for stay which was missing in this stay. amenities mentioned in advertisement were not even available. No house keeping or any one available on reception after 11:30. No wifi No tea maker or any kitchen utensils like plates, 3 dirty glasses are available only. Drinking water was sent on request and then we have to carry extra bottels from outside. Geyser was not working at all. In case of emergency, I don't have any one here to contact and my cell network is not working at this location. This type of service from oyo was not expected at all, this is happening just because of fake reviews and wrong picture advertisement on website or application. I am not trusting on OYO pictures from not and will not do any booking without visiting personally the place.

Disgusting place to stay. Oyo is advertising lies about this hotel. OYO is doing misleading business, just do not trust them. Mine is disgusting experience, I checked around 10 hotel and all were big lies. No service available. No wifi No kitchen No tea, food, water No geyser No AC You might end up in a situation where no reception is available and no one who you can speak to for your issues at the spot. I'm gonna apply for consumer case against OYO and take refund as well.

If i could give minus it would be better worst experience ever they have taken atleast 1 hr to cnfrm booking from oyo and asking for extra money i dont know y oyo is tie up wit them also rooms are not worth 500rs no proper geyzer and also tap not working

Worst experience till date. Oyo has started to lie about the amenities present at the place you are about to visit. Along with that, the owner of the premises is extremely rude and incorporating at the spot. He will not provide any help to you, as there's no reception available in the apartment. Also, no food or water is provided by the hotel owner. You need to buy everything by yourself from outside.

Honda Civic taxi available petrol according to fuel price..... Owners son very commited to expand buisness towards cavelossim... He said will be opening shortly in partnership with pbc..... Overall very good rooms and a nice area to stay
