Even I have 1/2 half star than its also not good
Wost hotel I have ever experienced. Receptionist will keep spying on what ever you are doing in your room. This is a Oyo but that is not couple friendly, even if you are above 18 they will ask for marriage proof. They will double charge the room and will bother around the personal behavior. Absolutely not recommended. I wish I could give negative rating.

Staff behaviour is too much rude ad also he is using a abused language. And one more thing I have booked 2 room in this hotel and manager give me a 1 room I said why give me a 1 room instead of 2 room booked he says I give one room offline and u have to adjusted in one room @ 5 pax. Fod quality is too poor and can't tasty. I have order a tea and tea is like a cold water. Room is too dirty and unhygienic.
The property is good. Room is neat and we'll maintained. Service is also good. Good thing is they are denying check-in from Oyo like other hotels in Kolkata
Very bad experience, staff behaviour is ridiculous,even they provide a small and very bad room to us that is room number three but when I see the app app so me the room is room number seven anyways when I booked this hotel that moment I saw a good classic room with a white bedsheet nice room with attached bathroom and others but I didn't get anything like this and when I ask them that time they told me you should provide more amount you will get a good room and one more thing when I said I will pay the amount in online they told me it needs can be you should pay cash otherwise he will not get a room here we don't receive any amount in online that time I pay cash and I have no option to move to other place I am very disappointed about their service and behaviour even they are also uneducated and cultural they even don't know how to behave with guest or client I recommend it to everyone please do not choose this hotel this is very bad experience I have so I suggest choose another please do not choose this guesthouse thank you.
Oyo service is very bad now they are not taking care for any reported issue. I reported that i booked AC room but when I went to hotel they told it is booked for non AC and they did not provided AC room. And they charges same amount and after that they charged 40 r extra. But no one take caring for this complain
