The lifts , landline , toilet fittings etc. are not working properly. And on complaining the receptionist lady was behaving arrogantly and misbehaving with guests. And also behaving rudely and not responding.
decent stay if you staying only for sleeping than its ok but may may go for more hotel in this price point
located at prime location of raipur , money friendly stay, need to work for hygiene, room smells alcohol and smokes all time...
Hotel is good as its location is good. I have stayed here three time. they have improved there service also food quality. hotel rooms and washroom was neat and clean. we can use this hotel for office tour purpose as it is near station and city center.

Hotel is good, but no one is receiving room service call either in reception or any other service of the hotel , even tea can't be made available till now 08:46am.over all rating hotel accomodation is satisfactory but services unsatisfactory. overall satisfactory
Its a good place with complimentary pickups from Airport/Railway Station. Very cooperative staff and really helpful in most situations. They also complimentary breakfast buffet which is really delicious. Restaurant is decent. I have dined there during my entire stay at the hotel.
