Overall 4.5 out of 5 if you want good hotel within city in low budget. Actually one of the best stay in this price range. Tip - if they give you room no 308 plz change.
The place was good but the rooms were old and the cleanliness was not that maintained. Good parking option. Restaurant food was not up to mark for ordering. But can have breakfast buffet included in the room booking which is reasonable enough.

Service Improvement required: The room was not having a bath towel or drinking water and it wasn't provided even after asking. Wifi was not available initially but showed up later. Credentials were not provided upfront and was shared after calling service desk. Shampoo and conditioner seemed like used bottles as the label on one of them was not there at all and had some hair sticked to bottle surface, probably from previous user. Food was decent and food service was good.
If only I could rate the hotel 0 star I could have given it. The service is absolutely poor . There is no professionalism for the hotel staff . No priority for the work. You order something and keep reminding them for multiple times untill they finally decide to give ur order after an hour . Order mismanagement , delay, no customer service. What not ... The rooms are fine for the price but the service is terrible. It was a wonderful experience pre covid but whatever happened after covid degraded the hotel for sure. Think twice before booking it
Fabulous experience. Massive amount of thought and care and expertise has gone into every little detail. The food was really outstanding. The service was also exceptional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The crockery selection was exquisite too. I would even say it was very reasonably priced
