Let me request all visitors to take another option rather staying here. One they did not give receipt of payment. Two they did never say there is no hot water in the room. Three the taps leaking resulting in water wastage but they not bothered. Four there are bed bugs and red ants competing for your blood. Room full of cockroaches. Five not one electric point other than the television to charge mobile or laptop. Six - the owners are new and very soon they will renovate. It's a sickeing place with an old man as support staff. Second floor rooms with no lift. Torn sofas. Never go with your family please. Other rooms are occupied by uncouth and indecent people.

Easy to spot . Very near to town centre and cheap rooms compared to other places. The room is also well maintained and clean. No lift ,if u have heavy luggages it will be a problem. The staff is very friendly and even shared some of useful info like tourist attractions. Billing is 24hrs from the time u check in which is great as some hotels require 12pm checkout whatever time u check in or they will charge a days rent extra.

If there was an option to give zero stars, then would have given that. Rooms are pathetic and unclean. The bed sheets look like they haven't been washed for ages, bed bugs a plenty which wouldn't allow you to sleep one bit, non working water guns in the bathrooms, lots of mosquitoes in the room though the rooms have been netted, no hot water geysers, no lifts, room locks getting stuck...the list is endless. And the positives, well there are none. Try to avoid this place as much as possible. The management says that they have taken the place on lease only a couple of weeks back and they are trying to fix everything. But I don't think that's an excuse enough for such a shoddy place. Book at your own risk

The only advantage of the hotel is its about 600 meters from the Palakkad Junction Railway Station which cannot be found even from the road side. The rooms are available at the second floor only and lift are not there too. If you come with plenty of bags and things enjoy climbing two floors, don't worry that room boys will disturb you, there are non of them. And of course you can enjoy the night with the company of plenty of mosquitoes. And you could see a very wonderful dirty toilet too. My advice is that I don't know about the situation of other hotels near Palakkad Junction Railway Station, but make sure that if you want a bad experience, go ahead booking a room here....

Budget residency closer to palakkad railway station. Lacks maintanence. Very limited car parking(2nos) in premise. No lift. No hot water. No room service. Ideal for those who want to stay nearer to railway station for late night trains. Don't expect luxury.

We got a room in the second floor. No lift though. Had to carry all the luggages by self through the stairs. No room boys. And the price is that of three star hotel. But this one offers less than one star set up.

One of the worst lodge in palakkad. Rooms are not cleaned. Worst maintanance,room full of cockroaches the lodge looks like ghost building. People pls dont go with families ! No cleaness .pls pls pls dont stay with this hotel. I was stayed 2 days before i.e 15th dec ..very baf experience guys !!

Waste service bathroom is too much disaster. one of the waste of staying here in Palakkad my experience is very very very very bad too much rude behaviour . They are giving used bed sheet lots of waste on their bed sheet and Bathroom
