Worst experience. washroom was a joke. It's just like a drain with a roof. Room with broken ac, full of mosquito. No intercom, no geyser. You will get a hand written notice in every room stating outside foods not allowed. On repeated request they didn't provide menu card of food not even disclose the price before hand. After ordering they demand very very high price. Also they want my mobile to rate himself. After refusing to give it, they threatened us not to open the main entrance for check out. Definitely it has a serious security issue. Hotel staffs are drunken in the evening and are very rude. If oyo didn't force them to solve the issue I will definitely go to consumer forum against oyo as they are listing this kind of hotel.
