OYO 63084 New Mubarak Tourist Home - Hotel in Chavara, Panmana - Kollam, India

I am more then happy to recommend that this is possibly the worst place to stay in the world. Me and my friends were there after a very tiring drive and we were welcomed by the hotel owner who was rude from the beginning also the room alloted was horrible. Later when I went to enquire he along with some goons threatened us and concerned about our safety we left the place. OYO was a very respected service but after this incident and the reply from OYO my thoughts have changed. OYO also taking advantage of this situation and pocket in money makes me very Uncomfortable

the room given to us was very different and in a poor state compared to what we saw in Google and oyo . So we went to the manager and asked for a change of room or refund . They treated us very rudely and we were thrown out with our belongings. Such a pathetic behavior towards customers. Will never recommend this place to anyone. not a safe stay

If you expect a high end lodging facility, it may not be okay for you. If you are searching for a low budget lodging facility it's okay. Every rooms are provided with water geysers and hygienic toilets. The tourist home is located nearby by the NH 66. A number of restaurants, a supermarket and accessories shops are located nearby. I recommend this for travelers who require budget lodging facilities.

A very basic stay facility. They won't provide towels or toiletries. Rooms and bed sheets were clean. Ideal for a one night stay for students or bachelors only.

Very rude behaviour. Not at all clean. Asked for higher price than booking price. Rooms not upto the quality.

Room is not clear as shown in the pictures and OYO is not applicable but the timing keeping like OYO time,and the behaviour against customers are not satisfied
