OYO 6292 Hotel Laxmi Niwas - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

So poor hotel,.. I am currently in the hotel and the electricity was out from 1:30 hours ago. The hotel staff replied there is no availability for any other substitute for electricity we have to wait till the electricity comes back. It will either take 10 minute's or a full night. worst experience i've ever had.. I will not prefer this hotel in future... think once before checking in with this hotel.

Worst experience !!! Visited just for a night and found rooms in very poor condition. No cleanliness, even then expensive !!! Dirtiest Bedsheets, dirty washroom, poor maintenance of walls, staff totally unconcerned for customer demands to clean room, bad behaviour of receptionist, tried to cheat by taking extra money in advance and not paying it later !!!

The place is okay for budget accommodations. Not that suitable for families. If you need a place near the bus stand to crash for a night at cheap rates, then this is the right place for you. The service and the staff there were cooperative. Some rooms were in quite a bad shape. The best rooms were pretty much clean and inhabitable.

Bad hotel, bad service and specially the guy at the reception. He was way too rude. Room booked(online) was to checked in 11 am, I arrived at 10.15 am, I had to freshen up for a conference, he said he can't give the room at any cost and asked me to wait till 11 which was very rude. Secondly, the room was very dirty. I asked the manager cum receptionist to get my room cleaned before I return from the conference, he didn't even bother to get it cleaned. No bed sheets were laid. Hotel hardly had any wifi facility. Trust me on that, you'll anyway regret your decision of booking this hotel online or offline in any case.

Not a good hotel. Staff behaviour is unprofessional. Hot water supply only at morning according to staff. No wardrobe/chair/table in room. Walls are full of damp. They didnt provide invoices while booking done through OYO. One can only get Payment Receipt from OYO. The manager took my mobile and rated themselves "Excellent" in OYO, without my permission. This hotel dosnt meet the minimum OYO standard.

Really appreciating service and good assistance to the customers. Facility of canteen and wi-fi connectivity is also awesome. Spa facility is now available for customers.

The location is great. The rooms are neat, but very small, the washroom isnt that great. The food is served on the terrace which isn't that great either.

Find all services very good. Co operative staff and good food quality. Definitely any can stay here.
