The owner committed a certain price over phone but on reaching the place, he charged more. And since there aren't many options in the vicinity, one can't help but pay up whatever they ask. While the room was decent, there were few issues like: 1. Lights were too dim 2. Television did not work 3. Temperature could not be adjusted on the Air Conditioner I was on a business visit so these things did not matter much to me but this could be a deal breaker for many.

Recently I have visited this place, bathroom was more dirty than a sewer, light cut off after every 10 min , bed covers were too much pale yellow and they ask for more money without airconditioner room i.e; 1700rs for a night .

No proper cleanliness need to be maintained more hygiene no room sprays or bad smells wash room should be maintained very clean but it's very poor

Very Dirty wash room. Room is good but beds and pillows are not up to the mark. Dirty pillows. AC working good. Not worthy for the mentioned price.

It's a nice economical place to stay. No kitchen is there. So even tea have to be ordered. Everyone is very helpful. They'll get you what you need in food. Parking is not easy. Also there could be water shortage in case of power outage. It's on the 3rd floor. Elevator works. So no sweat there. It's really recommended.

Contains A/c fully furnished rooms, and also Non A/c rooms at reasonable cost and the Management response is appreciable. Coming to food there is a option to order at the reception. Finally personally good place to stay for a night. Probably the second best Lodge in Sangareddy.

Best hotel in sangareddy, you can relax here on working trips. Not so great for families though. But yes no better option available in town in terms of cleanliness, beds and room ambience
