Worst hotel in Gangtok. not even deserve one rating. Room service : Very poor. No water service. They will charge you 1700 but will not provide good towel.. There in no sanitisation done at hotel. Please check whether bathroom taps and flush are working else you will end up with very bad experience. Reception : They will charge with you with hidden prices. Make sure you check every details before hand. Food service: hotel restaurant service is not good. They will confirm the order but give food you only after 2 hours or more. No table service. You need to tell them for giving glasses on the table. Please donot expect serving on the table. Food quality is not upto the mark.
Even though I was assured of Wifi and cable they had neither (they lied before I had done the payment). The rooms are poor, so is the cafeteria food. The staff is not so willing to help and cooperate and is actually harsh at times. Definitely not worth the price and you'll find much better places nearby for that amount. Might as well as go ahead and say yuck.
Worst experience ever.... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is the secondary part. The service itself is worst. Staff attitude is such that it seems like they are paying us to stay in their hotel. The staff is not friendly at all. I would have given this hotel negative rating if it would have been possible.
