Rooms are well maintained and we got discount on rooms and receptionist Abhishek was also provided good service for us
Location it's around 1kms from railway station and ksrtc bus stop. There was only one person for front office and service he was good and friendly. Room is big and beg size is good enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults There is tv no AC Bed was not clean there was hair all over. Floor was clean but little stickness to leg. Disappointed with the bathroom No hot water Tap and shower was not working and broken. Wash basin tax was spoilt and can't be used. On request they gave a towel and it was smelly No soap given.
We booked a 4 person suite room. But they provided a 3 person suite room . The room was not clean, the windows had dust. Room service was polite and good.
Worst place don't see online photos and book rooms if go directly rooms are so dirty. I went with family all the windows are broken bathroom windows are broken from opposite building they can see our bathroom view. I strongly recommend don't try this place with family.
Had worst experience, no cleanliness and all windows by road side is broken and anyone can see from outside. So many mosquitos in the room and worst service
Room service was good but the room was worst ,everything was damaged no proper maintenance .
The rooms were above average and it costed 1100 for 24 hours of stay.There is a TV provided in the room and two beds.The hot water facility was only for two hours from 7am to 9am.There was no drinking water facility in the lodge.You have to carry water bottle. It is located close to mysore PALACE at a distance of approximately 2km from it.
3 person 650 Bathroom is not perfect Room size 10 by 10 feet
