OYO 60522 New Orchid Inn - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

One of the worst hotel experience of my life. First of all while checking-in, the person at reception asked many times as why I paid online through Oyo. He was not at all pleased that I made online payment. The rooms are incredibly tiny & very very damp. You can see water seepage on the walls. Nobody would want to use the bathroom, it was that gross. The bedsheets were dirty. My booking had 3 people occupancy per room, but they denied providing any extra mattress & told us to adjust 3 people on the bed. The place also doesn't provide parking for 4 wheeler. I had booked for 4 nights, but within hours I checked out of the hotel & made other arrangements.

One of the most worthless hotels I've stayed at. The room, being an AC room was placed on the 3rd floor facing the road. Even with all windows closed, there is no noise isolation. All night long, the sounds of trucks & their horns gave me sleeplessness. To top it all, everytime a truck went over the speed bumps on the road, the building & bed would tremble, leaving me scared. Dirty plates of customers line the staircase not being cleaned for several days apparently. The booking may allow breakfast, but there is no provision for breakfast at this hotel, not even drinking water. TV remote did not have batteries & the room allotted to me had someone's cigarette ash n waste all over it. Must avoid if you value your peace, sleep & hygiene.

Pathetic and unhygienic rooms. The building shakes due heavy vehicle movement nearby the building. You going to feel earthquake tremors if you stay there. The water was dripping from AC on the bed. I have the worst experience at this hotel. So be wise.

It was one of the worthless hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life time. The sheets were dirty, the room dirty, no working telephone to add to it, they didnt accept online payment, broken knob of the bathroom door. In short you can get better property at the price range in which it is functioning. The entire building and bed trembled while a heavy duty vehicle past. The staffs had a grumpy face, charged extra money, had condom packets lying around. It was very very unhygienic, long hair lying all around the floor. Too bad for its price.

Very average rooms. Unprofessional staff. They don't give bills for food ordered from their hotel. Should be better to justify the tariff charged.

I have never seen such a dirty and on unsafe hotel anywhere in my life.all staff are unprofessional and uneducated.the behavior of all staffs is very dirty.This hotel is also not good for family members.This Hotel for Unmarried Couple is very dangerous. You will not feel even a little bit of safety by going here!The people here look at the girl people with a very wrong perspective.all staff also abuses customers.Where the room is also very dirty here.And I also can say , There is danger to life here.I am giving this from my experience in the reviews and I know everything that has happened in front of me.This hotel license should be cancelled.

This hotel is charging extraa money, if you are booking via oyo, it will charge extra 100-200 ruppes by saying that oyo is not paying them fully, but I can't understand it as it is theirs problem.
